Youtube, the unsung wonder

So, Youtube is pretty much the greatest thing sliced bread, isn't it? There's literally nothing under the sun that someone hasn't made a video about, be it a makeup tutorial or a TedTalk. I turn to Youtube first when I need someone to show me how to do something. We haven't discussed it much in this class, aside from a few shares here and there, but I think this site has the potential to be a very powerful tool in the PLN toolbox. I can't tell you how much informal learning I've done there. Aside from entertainment, informal learning has to be next biggest use of the site.

The playlist feature is great. Yet another way to curate good information.

The following video is one that I really liked. I can't remember exactly how I found it. A tweet, maybe?
Have you seen it?

What have you been looking at on Youtube?

  1. I definitely agree with you there. Youtube can be a great educational tool. And I am sure it will be used more and more throughout the years. A lot of teachers use Youtube for their classes or to explain certain ideas. There is so much content in this tool. You guys should definitely take advantage of it. Thanks for the video! It was very interesting and funny
